PAYMENT POLICY All card payments must be completed through the designated payment processing system. Card payments, including physical and digital cards, are subject to a 3.5% processing fee. Cash is accepted. Gratuity is appreciated and may be sent separately through Apple Pay, Zelle, Cash App, Venmo, or cash. LATE ARRIVAL POLICY Please arrive on time for your scheduled appointment. A 10-minute grace period is permitted. Arrivals exceeding 10 minutes may result in appointment modification, rescheduling, or cancellation depending on the service scheduled and remaining availability. POLICY ACKNOWLEDGEMENT By booking an appointment with Kreative Touch, you acknowledge and agree to all booking and salon policies.

Cancellation Policy

Life happens, and I completely understand! Please provide at least 24 hours notice for any appointment cancellation or rescheduling request. Day-before cancellations or rescheduling requests: 50% of the scheduled service cost. Same-day cancellations or no-shows: 100% of the scheduled service cost. Applicable fees will be processed using the card on file. Failure to comply with the cancellation policy may result in suspension of booking privileges. Any outstanding balance must be paid in full before future appointments can be scheduled.
